The CSE markets your project through our platform of Contractors seeking sites to relocate fill from other properties. Once a suitable fill source is identified, CSE vets the source to ensure the material documentation is valid and the move compliance is in place. Upon approval, CSE then awards your file to the Contractor with the corresponding fill source.
Achieve Compliance And Peace Of mind
The CSE guides and supports Property Owners throughout the clean fill process beginning with project permit assistance. This is followed by a detailed virtual project consultation and the creation of a scope of work specification portfolio. The CSE then procures and structures a service contract between the Property Owner and Contractor. For additional security, the CSE also offers load tracking and reporting for Property Owners for the entire duration of the fill project.
Get Paid For Your Project
The CSE network also contains Contractor organizations specializing in both the outright procurement of properties and the acquisition of load quotas for projects with appropriate permits and approvals in place. For these projects the Contractor would issue payment directly to the Property Owner. The CSE would negotiate the terms and conditions on behalf of the Property Owner and implement logistical and financial quality control processes through its proprietary digital Integrity Application to provide full transparency and accountability in real time for all loads on behalf of the Property Owner and Contractor throughout the entire project.
Berms And Pits
The CSE works closely with the MOE as well as other applicable regulatory bodies, implementing their policies, while sourcing and vetting Contractors for projects related to Berms and Pits. The CSE is committed to participating in all site meetings and inspections related to these projects ensuring legal compliance and full transparency for all parties through its Integrity Application.
